These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the epiwon platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, bonuses, promotions, and account features available at epiwon.net. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

Registration and use of the epiwon platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Age is verified via CNIC during the KYC process. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be permanently suspended and balances voided in accordance with these Terms.
Each individual is permitted one epiwon account only. Duplicate accounts are detected via CNIC cross-referencing during KYC. Operating multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.
All bonuses and promotional credits at epiwon are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard rollover is 30× the bonus amount on casino games and 25× on free spin winnings. Bonuses are valid for 21 days from the date of credit. Full bonus terms appear in Section 7.
All epiwon players must complete CNIC-based KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank). Processing times are detailed in Section 9.
Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated software or bots, and any form of money laundering are strictly prohibited on the epiwon platform. epiwon reserves the right to suspend accounts, void wagers, and withhold balances where prohibited activity is detected. See Section 12.
epiwon provides all registered players with deposit limits, session limits, loss limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Activating self-exclusion terminates access to the epiwon platform for the selected period and cannot be reversed during the exclusion window. See Section 14.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and epiwon ("epiwon," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at epiwon.net and all associated services, features, games, promotions, and content made available through the platform.
By completing the epiwon registration process, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox during registration, logging in to an existing epiwon account, or otherwise accessing any feature of the epiwon platform, you irrevocably accept these Terms in full. Acceptance of these Terms is a mandatory condition of using the epiwon platform — there is no mechanism for partial acceptance.
These Terms should be read alongside epiwon's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and epiwon. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules or bonus terms published on the epiwon platform, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age Requirement. The epiwon platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. By registering an epiwon account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. epiwon reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point during your use of the platform.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The epiwon platform is intended for use by players in jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the epiwon platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. epiwon does not make any representation or warranty regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an epiwon account: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) individuals who have previously been self-excluded from epiwon; (c) employees, contractors, or agents of epiwon or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members; (d) individuals previously banned from epiwon for Terms violations.
3.4 Jurisdiction Responsibility. Players in Pakistan access the epiwon platform on the understanding that they assume full responsibility for compliance with any applicable local regulations. epiwon provides its services under international gaming licensing standards and does not represent that its services are legal in every jurisdiction where Pakistani players may access the internet.
4.1 Registration Process. To access the full features of the epiwon platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password of your choosing.
4.2 One Account Policy. Each individual person is permitted to maintain one epiwon account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. epiwon uses CNIC cross-referencing during the KYC process to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, epiwon reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals without prior notice.
4.3 Accuracy of Information. You are obligated to provide truthful and accurate registration information at all times. epiwon is not liable for any loss, delay, or inability to process transactions caused by inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information provided during registration. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
4.4 Account Ownership. An epiwon account is personal to the registered individual and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your epiwon account. epiwon will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you.
5.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your epiwon login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your epiwon login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify epiwon immediately via live chat support if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your epiwon account. epiwon will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
5.3 Security Measures. epiwon protects all accounts using 256-bit SSL encryption across all transactions and login sessions. epiwon employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual account activity, including login attempts from unrecognised devices or geographic locations. Accounts flagged by these systems may be temporarily suspended pending verification.
5.4 Failed Login Attempts. Your epiwon account will be automatically locked following five consecutive failed login attempts within a 15-minute window. The lockout lifts automatically after 30 minutes, or you may reset it immediately via the password reset flow using your registered mobile number OTP.
6.1 Verification Requirement. epiwon is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification at epiwon requires submission of a clear, legible copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (both sides). Additional documentation may be requested in certain circumstances, including proof of payment method ownership or source of funds.
6.2 Timing. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed. epiwon recommends completing KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when you wish to make your first withdrawal. Deposit and gaming functions are available prior to KYC completion; withdrawal functions are restricted until verification is successfully completed.
6.3 Verification Period. epiwon will endeavour to complete standard KYC verification within 24 to 72 hours of receiving complete and satisfactory documentation. More complex cases or cases requiring additional documentation may take longer. epiwon will notify you via your registered mobile number or in-platform notification if additional documents are required.
6.4 Refusal of Verification. epiwon reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or delay KYC verification where submitted documentation is unclear, inconsistent with registration data, or where epiwon has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. Where verification is refused, epiwon will provide reasons and allow a reasonable opportunity to provide corrected documentation, except where doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives offered by epiwon are subject to the specific bonus terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific bonus terms shall apply.
7.2 Welcome Bonus. epiwon's standard welcome bonus offer is available to new players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit of Rs 1,000 or more. The welcome bonus consists of a 150% match on the qualifying deposit amount, up to a maximum bonus of Rs 20,000, plus 150 free spins distributed over 7 days. Players must opt in to the welcome bonus during the deposit process — retrospective opt-ins are not accepted.
7.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your epiwon account are subject to a wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount before withdrawal. Free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement of 25×. Wagering requirements must be met within 21 days of the bonus credit date; bonus funds remaining at the expiry of this period are automatically forfeited without notice.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. epiwon actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: staking patterns designed to exploit wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation, and manipulation of game mechanics to circumvent bonus terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, epiwon reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.
7.5 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses at epiwon are available to players who are in good standing with their accounts, have completed or are in the process of completing KYC verification, and have not been previously excluded from bonus participation. epiwon reserves the right to withdraw bonus eligibility from any player at its discretion, including where epiwon reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in professional gambling activity or bonus exploitation.
8.1 Accepted Payment Methods. epiwon accepts deposits via the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount at epiwon is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed within the epiwon cashier at the time of deposit.
8.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your epiwon account within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to 30 minutes during business hours and longer on weekends or public holidays. epiwon is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider or the banking network.
8.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. You must not deposit funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, and you must not use the epiwon platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose. epiwon may report suspected illegal financial activity to appropriate authorities without notice to you.
8.4 Deposit Responsibility. It is your responsibility to ensure that deposit details entered in the epiwon cashier are accurate. epiwon is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect payment details entered by you. Erroneous deposits may not be recoverable depending on the payment method used.
9.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals from your epiwon account are available only to players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification. The minimum withdrawal amount at epiwon is Rs 1,000.
9.2 Payment Method Matching. Withdrawals at epiwon are processed only to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control. If your original payment method is no longer available, contact epiwon support prior to submitting a withdrawal request to discuss alternative arrangements subject to enhanced verification.
9.3 Processing Times. Standard withdrawal processing times at epiwon are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — typically within 45 minutes of approval during business hours; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — typically within 1 to 3 business days. epiwon aims to review and approve withdrawal requests within 4 hours of submission; complex cases may take up to 24 hours.
9.4 Withdrawal Conditions. epiwon reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal in the following circumstances: (a) KYC verification is outstanding; (b) active bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements are present in the account; (c) epiwon has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; (d) a chargeback dispute is active on the account; or (e) the account is under investigation. epiwon will notify you of the reason for any withdrawal delay within a reasonable timeframe.
10.1 RNG Certification. All casino games available on the epiwon platform, including slots, virtual table games, and video poker titles, use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be influenced by epiwon, the game provider, or the player. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all major game categories are available within the epiwon game information sections.
10.2 Game Rules. Each game on the epiwon platform has specific rules governing gameplay, minimum and maximum stakes, side bets, and special features. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. epiwon is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand the rules of a particular game.
10.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game session, the affected game round may be voided and the staked amount returned to your account balance. epiwon will not honour payouts generated by game outcomes that are the product of a technical malfunction. epiwon's determination of the correct resolution in such cases is final.
10.4 Game Availability. epiwon reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or modify any game at any time without prior notice. epiwon may also apply temporary or permanent betting limits to specific games or game categories at its discretion.
11.1 Bet Acceptance. All sports bets placed on the epiwon sportsbook are subject to acceptance by epiwon at the time of placement. epiwon reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an explicit bet confirmation reference number from the epiwon platform.
11.2 Odds and Pricing. Odds offered on the epiwon sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to your wager, regardless of subsequent market movements. epiwon may offer price boosts and enhanced odds as part of promotional offers, which are subject to their own specific terms.
11.3 Settlement. Sports bets on the epiwon sportsbook are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sport's governing body. For cricket markets, the official result as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the relevant domestic board (such as PCB for PSL) shall apply. epiwon reserves the right to void or re-settle bets where official results are subsequently changed.
11.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets at epiwon are offered subject to the live event data feeds available at the time. epiwon cannot guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets on all events. Bets placed in-play are subject to a brief delay before acceptance to prevent exploitation of real-time information advantages.
11.5 Maximum Winnings. epiwon applies a maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limit across all sports markets. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the epiwon sportsbook at the time of bet placement. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit will be paid at the maximum limit amount only.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the epiwon platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
13.1 Ownership. All content on the epiwon platform — including but not limited to the epiwon brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of epiwon or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
13.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the epiwon platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
13.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the epiwon platform without the prior written consent of epiwon. Screen-scraping, data mining, or any automated extraction of data from the epiwon platform is expressly prohibited.
14.1 Player Welfare Commitment. epiwon is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. epiwon recognises that gambling can become problematic for a minority of players and has implemented a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered players from within their account settings.
14.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available at epiwon at no cost to the player: (a) Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit; (b) Loss Limits — restrict the maximum net loss you can incur in a defined period; (c) Session Time Limits — set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions; (d) Cool-Off Periods — temporarily suspend access to your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days; (e) Self-Exclusion — permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the epiwon platform.
14.3 Self-Exclusion. Self-exclusion at epiwon is irreversible for the duration of the selected exclusion period. During self-exclusion, you will not receive marketing communications from epiwon, and your account will be inaccessible for gaming and withdrawals pending identity verification of the exclusion request. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is also available.
14.4 Age Enforcement. epiwon enforces its 21+ age requirement through CNIC verification during the KYC process. Any player found to be under 21 years of age at the time of registration will have their account permanently suspended. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method; any winnings generated by an underage account are void and will not be paid out.

15.1 Platform Availability. epiwon aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. epiwon may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily restricts access to some or all platform features. epiwon will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.
15.2 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, epiwon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the epiwon platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if epiwon has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
15.3 Maximum Liability. epiwon's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to your epiwon account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
15.4 Third-Party Services. epiwon is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party payment services (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) or third-party game content providers. Any disputes with third-party service providers must be directed to those providers directly.
16.1 Data Collection. epiwon collects, stores, and processes personal data from registered players, including identity information (name, CNIC, date of birth), contact information (mobile number, email address), financial information (deposit and withdrawal records), and usage data (login history, gameplay activity, IP addresses). The full scope of data collection and processing is detailed in epiwon's Privacy Policy.
16.2 Data Security. epiwon protects all personal data using 256-bit SSL encryption across all transmissions and implements industry-standard security measures to protect stored data. epiwon does not sell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit your personal data.
16.3 Data Retention. epiwon retains personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a period of 7 years following account closure, as required by applicable financial record-keeping regulations. KYC documents are retained for the same period.
16.4 Marketing Communications. By registering an epiwon account, you consent to receive promotional communications from epiwon via SMS and in-platform notifications. You may withdraw this consent at any time by adjusting your communication preferences within your account settings or by contacting support.
17.1 Right to Amend. epiwon reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication of the updated Terms on the epiwon platform.
17.2 Notification. epiwon will notify registered players of material changes to these Terms via in-platform notification and SMS to registered mobile numbers. Continued use of the epiwon platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
17.3 Objection to Amendments. If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the epiwon platform immediately and may request closure of your account. Account closure will not affect your obligation to comply with the Terms that applied at the time you engaged in any activity on the platform.
18.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which epiwon holds its operating license, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the epiwon platform, you agree to first contact epiwon Customer Support via live chat to attempt informal resolution. epiwon will endeavour to resolve all player disputes within 14 days of initial contact.
18.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct engagement with epiwon Customer Support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected]. epiwon will investigate and respond to formal complaints within 30 days.
18.4 Arbitration. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the epiwon platform.
